FOR ECOMMERCE BRANDS
You’ve built a successful store. The systems behind it aren’t keeping up.
01.
One team, full picture
Your SEO, paid search, email, analytics, and AI visibility are all connected by the same platform. We manage them as one system, not six separate engagements with six separate vendors
02.
Platform expertise
Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce — we work inside your platform, not around it. Every recommendation accounts for how your specific system handles data, URLs, product feeds, and integrations
03.
Strategy and execution
We don’t just tell you what to do. We build the plan, implement the changes, and track the results. You get business strategy from people who also know how to get their hands dirty in the technical work.
We’ve been on your side of the table.

“We bring it all together. Strategy and technical. Marketing and platform. One team that sees the full picture and has the experience to know what to fix first”
Bryan Mull, Founder
Digital Mully
Before I started Digital Mully, I spent years working at an agency that served dozens of e-commerce merchants. Magento stores, mostly, but Shopify and BigCommerce too. Every one of them had the same frustrations: their marketing wasn’t connected, their analytics were telling them different stories depending on which report they looked at, and the agency they were paying couldn’t explain what was actually happening under the hood.
I’ve also run my own e-commerce store. So has Sean, my implementation lead. We know what it’s like to sit on the other side of the table — hiring an agency, trusting them with your budget, and wondering if they’re actually watching the numbers or just sending you a monthly report they generated in ten minutes.
That’s why Digital Mully works the way it does. We don’t sell you a package and disappear. We start with a conversation about what’s going on with your business, and most of the time, what you think you need isn’t exactly what you need. That’s not a sales pitch — it’s 25 years of pattern recognition. The brand owner who calls us about paid search usually has a technical SEO problem underneath it. The one who calls about SEO usually has an analytics problem they can’t see yet.
We bring it all together. Strategy and technical. Marketing and platform. One team that sees the full picture and has the experience to know what to fix first.
Frequently Asked
Best for Scenarios
Not every e-commerce brand needs us. But if any of these sound familiar, we should talk.
You know something’s wrong but you can’t pinpoint what.
Sales are flat or slipping. Your paid search is running but the returns don’t feel right. Your analytics might be broken, or they’re showing you numbers you don’t trust. You’re spending money on marketing and something isn’t connecting, but nobody on your current team can tell you where the breakdown is.
You’re paying for marketing services and the results aren’t there.
Your previous agency left you with a generic package that wasn’t the right fit. Or they’re sending monthly reports but you can’t tell if anyone’s actually watching your account. You want someone who understands your platform, brings a strategy — not just tactics — and is accountable for what happens to your revenue.
You’ve taken over the marketing role and need a team behind you.
Maybe you just hired your first marketing person. Maybe you are that person. Either way, you’re staring at Google Ads, analytics dashboards, email platforms, and SEO tools, and you need someone who can tell you what to prioritize and where to start. You don’t need a vendor — you need a strategic partner who can guide the decisions while you learn the business.
You’re growing but have no coordinated marketing strategy across channels.
Your store is doing $2M, $5M, $10M a year but every marketing channel runs independently. SEO doesn’t talk to paid search. Email isn’t connected to your customer data. You’ve never had someone look at all of it together and build a strategy that connects the pieces. You know there’s revenue being left on the table — you just don’t know how much.

Still have questions?
Let’s start with a conversation. No pitch deck. No pressure.
Relevant Service Offerings
Our service categories work together as a connected system. Most brand engagements start in one area and expand as we uncover what’s actually driving — or suppressing — your revenue.
AI Visibility & Search Optimization
When customers ask AI for a product recommendation, is your brand the answer? We audit how AI models currently perceive your brand, implement the structured data and content architecture that makes you citable, and track whether AI platforms are recommending you over competitors.
Paid Search & Social Advertising
Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn — managed by a team that understands your platform’s conversion tracking, product feeds, and attribution models. We don’t just run campaigns. We make sure the data behind them is accurate so your spend goes where it counts.
Email & SMS Marketing
Klaviyo configuration, automation flows, audience segmentation, list management, and campaign execution. Abandoned cart recovery, welcome series, post-purchase sequences, and promotional campaigns — all built on clean data and connected to your store’s customer behavior.
Technical SEO & Platform Optimization
Full technical audits specific to your e-commerce platform. We identify over-indexation, crawl budget waste, broken internal linking, missing schema markup, and every technical issue suppressing your organic visibility. Then we fix it — we don’t hand you a report and walk away.
Analytics & Reporting
GA4 configuration, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, Merchant Center integration, and custom reporting dashboards. We make sure your data is accurate so you can make real business decisions instead of guessing.

★★★★★
Working with Digital Mully changed everything for our business. They built our entire digital infrastructure from scratch — email automation, analytics, content strategy, the works. We went from a Shopify store that never gained traction to record-breaking months. They don’t just do one thing. They bring the whole plan together.

Digital Mully built our first e-commerce store in 2009 and they’re still guiding our SEO strategy today. We’ve gone from a 10,000 square foot local shop to a 40,000 square foot facility. That growth started with the technical foundation and content strategy they built for us from day one.

We needed someone who could handle the technical side — Zoho integration, WooCommerce development, inventory management — and also think strategically about how to grow the business online. Digital Mully delivered on both. They connected our systems and gave us a real plan

Frequently asked
Common questions from e-commerce brand owners considering working with us. If you don’t see yours here, just reach out — we’re happy to talk through your specific situation.
How do I know if my business is the right size to work with you?
Our engagements are built for e-commerce brands generating $2 million or more in annual revenue through their online store. At that level, the complexity of your marketing systems, platform, and growth opportunities justifies a strategic partner who manages the full picture.
Our monthly management starts at $5,000, which means your overall marketing budget should be in the $15,000–20,000+ range to get the full benefit. If you’re earlier stage, we’re developing packaged options — reach out and we can discuss what makes sense for where you are.
I don’t know what I need. Is that okay?
That’s exactly where most of our brand clients start. You know something isn’t working or you know you should be doing more, but you’re not sure what the right move is. That’s the whole point of starting with a conversation instead of a package. We assess where you are, identify the gaps, and tell you what we’d prioritize and why.
More often than not, what a brand owner thinks they need isn’t exactly what they need — and that’s not a criticism, it’s just 25 years of pattern recognition. We’ll get you to the right answer.
Do you replace my current marketing agency?
Sometimes, but not always. If your current agency is strong on content, creative, or campaign management but lacks the technical depth to manage your platform, analytics, and infrastructure, we work alongside them.
If your current agency isn’t delivering and you need a full replacement, we handle that too. The first conversation usually makes it clear which scenario you’re in
What platforms do you work with?
Magento and Adobe Commerce are our primary specialization — it’s where we started and where our deepest expertise lives. We also work extensively with Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce.
Each platform creates its own technical challenges, and we know the specific issues each one generates. The strategy principles are the same; the implementation is platform-specific.
Do you sell services individually or is it all-or-nothing?
Our model is a single retainer that covers everything your business needs — not six separate line items for six separate services. The reason: your SEO, paid search, email, analytics, and AI visibility all affect each other. Optimizing them in isolation produces worse results than managing them as a connected system.
The engagement covers all of our capabilities at one flat rate, and we allocate time based on what your business actually needs month to month. Every hour is tracked and visible to you.
How fast will I see results?
It depends on what’s broken and how quickly fixes get implemented. One client saw record revenue within 60 days of engagement because we built their entire digital infrastructure from scratch and got it right the first time. Another client saw $786K in attributed revenue within three months from a technical SEO remediation.
The more immediate wins are usually in analytics accuracy (you see the real picture within weeks) and paid search optimization (fixing tracking and targeting shows impact within the first month). SEO-driven results typically take 3–6 months.
What happens in the first month?
We start with a conversation about your business — not a sales call, a real discussion about what’s happening, what’s frustrating you, and where you think the gaps are. From there, we do our own research: audit your platform, your analytics, your existing marketing setup, your competitive position.
That research becomes a prioritized plan — not a generic proposal, but a roadmap specific to your situation. Implementation begins immediately based on what the data tells us to fix first.
Is everything done in-house?
Our entire team is US-based and sourced through personal professional relationships built over 25 years. No offshore contractors, no anonymous freelancers.
Everyone on our team has direct e-commerce experience — they’ve worked at brands, at agencies that serve brands, or have run their own stores. When you work with us, you’re working with people who have sat in your seat.
